When I was a working mommy, I always wanted to get off work and have dinner already made. I wasn’t always that lucky, and I was tired of having take out/ fast food. As a stay at home mom, always trying to get stuff done has become a chore, so using the crock pot has almost become a life saver. So, for those of you who say “I can’t cook” you MUST get a crock pot and make this dish. So, super easy, tender, yummy and delish!
4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts *Yes, I used the frozen kind
1 can of Cream of Chicken Soup *I use Campbells, I think it has the best flavor
1/2 cup of water
Salt & Pepper
Put frozen chicken in crock pot *you can use fresh if you like* it doesn’t matter how it fits in, as long as it is in the crock pot. Pour the Cream of Chicken Soup over the top. again, it doesn’t matter if it is just on 1 side of the crock pot. Pour 1/2 cup water over top. Salt & Pepper the top of the meat.
My crock pot goes by hours, so I put mine on for 6 hours. You can lengthen or shorten the time to fit your needs.
Serve: With or over rice *white or brown is fine. OR over noodles.
Serves: 4 people
Tip: If you need to feed more people, add more chicken, if feeding more than 4 than add another can of soup and a little bit more water. If you want more “sauce” add more water to thin out the soup.
